Good product and price but let down by the packaging. The item arrived in a plastic layered courier bag but due to handling, the packaging was insufficient. The bag had split open and the product top was broken. If the packaging challenges are addressed - happy to shop here again.

The shampoo smells divine and I was expecting the conditioner to have the same smell. It has a completely different pepperminty smell.
