Afterpay: How It Works & Terms

Pay in 4 Easy Instalments With Afterpay, you can split your purchase into four equal payments, due every two weeks, making it easy to pay at your convenience.

No Extra Charges When You Pay on Time As long as you stick to your payment schedule, you’ll only pay the price of the item you’ve purchased. Afterpay only charges late fees if a payment is missed.

Instant Approval, No Card Applications Required No need for lengthy applications—Afterpay’s fast, simple platform gives you instant approval online, so you can continue shopping right away.

Terms of Service - New Zealand

·        Afterpay lets you pay for your purchase in 4 equal instalments, due every 2 weeks.

·        To apply, you must be 18 or older and have an eligible debit or credit card. Please refer After pay’s clause for eligibility.

·        All orders require Afterpay’s approval. If you have overdue payments, Afterpay won’t be available. For more on assessments and checks, see clause with Afterpay.

·        As part of the approval process, we may perform a pre-authorization on your card, up to the amount of your first instalment. Please refer After pay’s clause for instalment.

·        You can pay your instalments any time before the due date. Otherwise, Afterpay will automatically attempt to process payments on the due date. If a payment is missed, late fees will apply. There is initial fee plus additional due date fess.

·        If you’re unable to make a payment on time, please reach out to Afterpay as soon as possible.

·        Delivery, product quality, and refunds are the retailer’s responsibility
