Not the right product for my hair

I bought this pack because the one I am used to buy -NAK vegan- was out of stock. After using the shampoo my hair feels dry as hay. However after using conditioner it feels soft again.
The feedback is that I won’t buy it again because doesn’t look really healthy.

Service from company great but the product, which i usually love NAK, is a h horrible and leaves my hair limp and discolored and frizzy, tried giving it a couple of weeks to improve but hasn’t improved and can’t use it anymore
