Wet Application: simply dip the applicator tip into a tiny bit of water for precision lining and deep detail. When used wet, you’ll achieve a more concentrated line. When using wet, always make sure to thoroughly dry the tip on a clean lint-free towel before putting it back into the bottle. This will maintain your products original consistency.
