Shipping

Products & Orders

The products available on our site, including any samples Kess Hair & Beauty (www.kess.co.nz) may provide, are intended for personal use only. You are not permitted to resell any products purchased or received from Kess Hair & Beauty (www.kess.co.nz).

Each order you place is considered an offer to buy, subject to acceptance by Kess Hair & Beauty (www.kess.co.nz). If we cannot accept your order or your order is cancelled , a full refund will be processed as quickly as possible. Should you cancel your order before dispatch, a $10 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Kess Hair & Beauty (www.kess.co.nz) is not responsible for any fees or charges levied by the financial institution receiving the payment. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.

Furthermore, Kess Hair & Beauty (www.kess.co.nz) may limit the number of items purchased by any one customer, especially in cases where we believe products may be purchased for resale or if there is a violation of these terms. We may also screen orders for fraud or unauthorized activities. If we suspect such activity, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the order. Additionally, we may refuse shipments to certain addresses or close accounts due to fraudulent activities. In the event that requested products are unavailable, Kess Hair & Beauty (www.kess.co.nz) reserves the right to cancel the transaction and provide a full refund.

 

Prices & Payment

All prices listed on the site are in New Zealand dollars and include any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but the price charged will be the one in effect when your order is confirmed. We do not offer rainchecks on expired promotional prices.

When paying by card, you confirm that you are the rightful cardholder with permission to use the card and that it has enough funds to cover the order amount. Failure to provide payment may result in the cancellation of the sale. Kess Hair & Beauty (www.kess.co.nz) is not obligated to ship goods until payment is received in full.

 

Pre-Authorization

If you pay by credit card, Kess Hair & Beauty (www.kess.co.nz) may place a pre-authorization hold on a portion of the purchase price. This hold is temporary, and no funds are taken from your account at this stage. Once the pre-authorization is cancelled, it may take up to seven (7) days for your bank to release the hold and make the funds available again.
