Shaving with a double edge razor can be an enjoyable and economical alternative to using disposable or cartridge razors. Here are some steps to help you get started:
Prepare your skin: Start by washing your face with warm water to open your pores and soften the hair. This will make it easier to shave and reduce the risk of nicks and cuts.
Open the butterfly clasp: Rotate your Minim Eco Razor anti-clockwise to open the butterfly clasp. Carefully place the double blade into position and turn the razor clockwise to lock.
Lather up: Apply a good quality shaving cream or soap to your face, using a brush to create a rich lather. This will help to lift the hair and protect your skin.
Hold the razor correctly: Hold the handle of the razor with your dominant hand and angle the blade at about 30 degrees against your skin. Your other hand should be used to pull your skin taut.
Shave with the grain: Start by shaving in the direction of the hair growth (with the grain). This will reduce the risk of irritation and provide a closer shave.
Re-lather and repeat: After your first pass, re-lather and make another pass, this time going against the grain for a closer shave.
Rinse and moisturise: Rinse your face with cold water to close your pores and remove any remaining shaving cream. Finish by applying a moisturiser to soothe your skin.
It may take a bit of practice to get used to using a double edged razor, but with time and patience, you'll find it to be a rewarding and enjoyable experience. Plus you're being sustainable! Remember to always use a light touch and take your time, especially when learning.

The smell of bay rum takes me way back to some of my days as a kid, getting a haircut amd a splash of bay rum, making me feel very grown up and somewhat special. The Layrite is a good aftershave. The scent is just right - not too strong and projecting, more personal and discrete, and well balanced, although the cloves are definitely front and centre. It really takes me back 50 years!
I have used these brushes for years for my fine, wavy, easily tangled hair and am now using them for my daughter who has similar hair. We get through painful mornings with ease now! Highly recommend

This is the best, lovely solf colour, deals with brassy yellow easly. Leaves my fine dry blonde fizzy hair, soft, happy and shiny. Try so many and now I just get this one.
This really is a stand out product for coloured hair ! The shampoo and conditioner are amazing, so hydrating but no dont weight hair down (I have fine, thin hair), or leave it oily looking. The leave in conditioner is the BEST again it gives excellent hydration without leaving product residue on hair. Hair dries like normal, not oily, no product build up etc. This would have to be my fav products for coloured hair (over and above some very high end uber expensive products I have tried in the past) I will be buying again. Thank you
