xManic Panic Classic High Voltage Cattail 118ml is a warm, earthy medium-brown semi-permanent hair colour with a natural golden glow. On pre-lightened hair it creates a soft sunlit brunette result, while on darker bases it can add warmth and shine.

How to Use
For best results, pre-lighten to the recommended base. Shampoo without conditioner, dry thoroughly, apply colour evenly and fully saturate the hair. Process for approximately 30–45 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Do not use on eyebrows or eyelashes.
