All the heroics but without the cape, Keraclolors Krystal Water Complex neutralizes those offenders, leaving behind gorgeous hello there hair. HOW DOES IT WORK? It washes away post process dye with a no-lather whisper at the backbar, neutralizing chlorine & trace minerals lurking in tap water & stopping oxidation in its tracks.
