Directions:
Apply several pumps one or more times per week as needed to damp, freshly cleansed hair. Leave on for 3-5 minutes and rinse.

I have used this for a number of years. First to help blond hair not get that yellow tone. Now since I no longer colour my hair it helps the white hair. Gives it some colour and lift. I only use a small amount, so turning my hair purple.
