Apply shampoo to wet hair, massage gently, and rinse thoroughly. Follow with conditioner on mid-lengths and ends, leave for 1–2 minutes, then rinse. For deeper care, use the 60 Sec Treatment 1–2 times per week on towel-dried hair, leave for 60 seconds, then rinse.
