Stock Levels

The Kess Head Office has automated their inventory system! Therefore if you see a product as 'In Stock', its in stock, and ready to be dispatched, or picked up. Our courier company is NZ Couriers, and the courier driver comes three times a day. These times are:

- Between 8.30am, and 9am.

- Between 12pm, and 12.30pm.

- Between 2pm, and 2.30pm.

Returns Policy

WRONG PRODUCT

We apologise if you have received the wrong item. This is not common and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.

If you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately info@kess.co.nz; so we can arrange an exchange. Please provide your order number and a photo of the incorrect product.

To receive a replacement, we will arrange for the product to be returned in the same condition you received it and within 14 days from the day on which you received the item. We will honor all purchases within the Consumer Guarantees Act

DAMAGED PRODUCT

Please accept our apologies if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. The packaging of salon-only hair products & equipment is conducted with the utmost care.

If you believe that the item is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately info@kess.co.nz; so we can arrange a product exchange or refund. Please provide your order number and either a photo or video of the damaged/faulty product.

CHANGE OF MIND

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds if you simply changed your mind or the item isn’t what you expected to be, but are happy to find a solution for you. Simply email us at info@kess.co.nz.
