DELIVERY & RETURNS

Orders are dispatched on the same day of order (we are open everyday except Christmas Day). Orders can be tracked via the courier ticket number assigned to your order. Aerosols e.g. hairspray are classified as dangerous goods and may have a slower delivery date.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

If an order is received no later than 8:00am Monday–Friday, delivery of the order can be couriered overnight for next day metropolitan delivery (subject to stock availability). Delivery to rural addresses is 1 – 2 days. Our delivery fee is free for orders over $75, and $6.50 to New Zealand business addresses, or $6.50 for New Zealand residential address below $75. We wish we could control the price of petrol! NZ Couriers will pick up your order at these times on weekdays (if you request an urgent weekend delivery, please let us know!

NEW ZEALAND RURAL SHIPPING 

Rural delivery may take extra days to be delivered as it is out of the normal courier zone.

WRONG PRODUCT

We apologise if you have received the wrong item. This is not common and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.

If you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately shop@kess.co.nz; so we can arrange an exchange. Please provide your order number and a photo of the incorrect product.

To receive a replacement, we will arrange for the product to be returned in the same condition you received it and within 14 days from the day on which you received the item. We will honour all purchases within the Consumer Guarantees Act

DAMAGED PRODUCT

Please accept our apologies if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. The packaging of salon-only hair products & equipment is conducted with the utmost care. 

If you believe that the item is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately shop@kess.co.nz; so we can arrange a product exchange or refund. Please provide your order number and either a photo or video of the damaged/faulty product. 

CHANGE OF MIND

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds if you simply changed your mind or the item isn’t what you expected to be, but are happy to find a solution for you. Simply email us at shop@kess.co.nz.
