The CREAMTONES® collection is a pastel-lover’s dream come true!
Blue Angel is a light sky blue hair dye in our Creamtones Perfect Pastel collection. For best results, it is required to lighten hair to the lightest level 10 blonde or lighter and toning hair that has yellow tones before use to avoid undesired hues. Pastels/Greys/Toners contain less pigment than vivid shades and will fade from your hair faster.
The Creamtones® Collection was named after the 3-piece acapella act "The Creamtones" that included Tish, Snooky, and their good friend Diana Mae Munch.
How many 4oz containers of Manic Panic hair color should I buy?
- Short Hair up to Bob Length: 1 jar/bottle for thin or thick hair.
- Below the Shoulder up to Waist Length: 2 jars/bottles for thin hair and 2-3 for thick hair.
- Tailbone or Longer: 3 or more jars for thin or thick hair.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
